Taylor House and Bonner House each offer a dozen flats in Uppingham, most of which can be described as spacious one bedroom accommodation. The two properties face one another across the same site, and as such share a range of facilities. These include a Common Room, a Laundry room, a Guest Room, and an electric buggy storage area. The Common Room hosts a number of activities, some intended for the wider community, helping to ensure there is  a busy diary of social activities for those living on site.
